Sent him on his, I tried via the chat / again did not get help, we did not them go on the canal part of trip & wS disappointed with that part”

It's a mess just buy tickets directly from each and save yourself the hassle. Or book with a canal tour company like the blue line that offers a direct cruise to and from the Heineken experience.”
